Discuss the decision process
Ask WTG how suitable conditions will be evaluated for the proposed work and who communicates a schedule change. Applicable product instructions and site conditions matter; this page does not establish a universal wind, rain or temperature cutoff. Avoid promising residents a firm work window before the provider has confirmed it.
Agree on practical notifications
Identify the owner or manager who can contact residents, open access and coordinate other contractors. Ask how much notice is expected when available and what happens if conditions change after arrival. Review any rescheduling or payment terms in the actual agreement rather than assuming a policy from another company.
Preserve the scope
A delayed date may coincide with mowing, irrigation changes or new construction. Report those changes before the replacement visit. Confirm that the same approved areas are still ready and accessible. Rescheduling should not mean applying against old site information or asking the crew to proceed simply because people have already arranged their day.
