Guest-facing properties
Review suitable vegetation around resorts, campgrounds and hospitality grounds, with application timing and guest access discussed in advance.
Professional wildfire pretreatment for suitable vegetation around commercial properties, resorts and infrastructure sites. We coordinate the scope with your team, your access needs and your operating schedule.
Start with your property details. We review the scope and provide a proposal before you commit.
We review the fuel, access and surroundings with you. These are areas to consider, not automatic application zones.

Identify fuels near priority buildings and service areas. Keep treated vegetation distinct from equipment, finished surfaces and restricted zones.
Work through the responsible operator to confirm access, boundaries and suitability. Direct equipment treatment is not assumed in a vegetation proposal.

The places you love deserve a plan. Meet wildfire preparation that goes beyond water. WTG applies long-term fire retardant to suitable vegetation and ground fuels. Working from the moment it’s applied. Still working after the water dries. The water evaporates. Active retardant remains—helping slow fire spread and reduce intensity in treated fuel. Designed for outdoor conditions, with care that fits your landscape. Water at the roots, and review treatment after weather and landscape changes. From homes and ranches to communities and businesses, start with the areas that matter most. Combine treatment with defensible space and home hardening. No treatment makes a property fireproof. Weather, repeated irrigation and new growth can affect treated areas. Treatment complements defensible space and home hardening; it does not make a property fireproof.
Forest Service: how long-term retardants workFrom your first inquiry to the completion record, we keep the treatment areas and next steps clear.
See how the service worksWe discuss your priorities and define suitable treatment areas, preparation, exclusions and price. You approve the proposal before scheduling.
We arrange site access and application around the agreed work. Irrigation, water features, animals and the people using the property inform the plan.
Your completion record identifies treated areas. We discuss changes to watch for, including irrigation, new growth and landscape work.
Product qualification is useful evidence. Understanding its scope helps you make a better decision.
The Forest Service’s September 15, 2025 Qualified Products List identifies Komodo as fully qualified for pretreatment/ground applications. That supports this application category; it is not a certification of a WTG job or a promise that a home will survive a fire.
View the dated qualification recordThe agency’s Komodo product sheet identifies ammonium phosphate as the active retardant ingredient. Long-term retardant salts continue to affect burning after water evaporates. “Long-term” describes this behavior; it does not establish a fixed protection period.
Read the Komodo product sheetThe qualification record says durability and weathering were not evaluated. Rain, repeated irrigation, new growth and grounds work can change the treated area. Your plan should address inspection and any further application rather than assume season-long coverage.
Understand treatment careWe review that with your team based on the proposed areas, site activity and product instructions. Any access or site-use arrangements are agreed before work begins.
Our general service covers suitable vegetation and ground fuels. Direct application to equipment is not included in a general inquiry and would require explicit operator authorization and confirmed product suitability.
Yes, we can discuss a coordinated review. Each site or phase will have clear treatment boundaries, access needs and pricing.
Pretreatment adds to defensible space, building improvements and emergency planning. It does not make a property fireproof or change evacuation instructions.
Tell us about your site, its operating hours and the areas your team wants reviewed. We will discuss access and scope before proposing the work.
