Show the terrain from more than one angle
Photographs from a single viewpoint can hide changes in slope or the relationship between a driveway and the vegetation below it. Provide a simple sketch and current images taken from safe locations. Mark areas you cannot reach rather than entering them to complete the picture.
Let the provider assess feasibility
Ask WTG which areas can be reviewed and what access information is needed for the proposed method. Do not estimate equipment limits or assume that every visible patch is reachable. Any ground-stability or structural question should go to the appropriate qualified professional.
Keep inaccessible areas visible
The final map should distinguish approved treatment areas from excluded or unresolved ones. If access improvements are proposed, identify the responsible contractor and completion sequence. A smaller feasible scope should not be described as application across the entire slope. Keep the completion record tied to the areas actually reached and treated.
