Ask what the image records
A photograph may show a crew applying product, a mapped location or a visible condition after work. Give each image a date, location and short description. These details help connect it to the application record without asking the image to establish more than it shows.
Keep performance claims separate
An application photo does not by itself show how a property would perform in a wildfire or how long an effect will remain. If a provider makes a performance claim, ask for the supporting source and conditions. Clearly distinguish a customer project from a staged demonstration or an illustration.
Use photos for a practical handoff
Ask WTG which photos will accompany your project record and how exclusions or incomplete areas will be identified. Keep original files when available and avoid editing away relevant context. Share only the details another caretaker needs, and agree separately on permission for public use. Documentation should help manage the property, not imply an unsupported guarantee.
