One Owner, Several Parcels: Organizing Treatment Inquiries

Give each parcel its own identity, priorities and access information within a coordinated discussion.

By Wildfire Treatment Group.

Keep each location distinct

List the address or other reliable identifier for every parcel and mark which vegetation you want reviewed at each. Ownership of several properties does not make their access or suitability identical. Avoid sending one acreage total without explaining how it is distributed.

Discuss coordination realistically

Ask whether assessment or application visits can be organized together and what logistics affect that possibility. Share travel distances, access windows and different site contacts. Do not assume a combined inquiry produces a discount or a single application method across all locations.

Retain separate completion details

For WTG, each approved area should remain identifiable in the quote and field record. If only some parcels proceed, mark the others as unapproved or pending. Keep photos and maps associated with the correct location so future managers do not mistake one completed project for treatment of the owner’s full property portfolio.
