Show the storage arrangement
Describe whether hay is kept inside a building, under a cover or outdoors. Identify delivery paths and nearby vegetation in the site sketch. Ask an appropriate agricultural or wildfire professional to review the storage arrangement; WTG’s application inquiry does not certify stored-feed safety.
Do not assume the feed is a treatment target
Tell the applicator about the actual use of the area and request clear exclusions. Product instructions and site review govern suitability for any proposed work. Do not infer permission to treat hay, feed-contact surfaces or animal areas from a general ground-application description.
Coordinate movement and timing
Share delivery and relocation plans before the review so the proposal reflects the intended condition. Keep equipment access distinct from storage operations. If the arrangement changes before application, update WTG rather than relying on an older photograph. Preserve the final vegetation scope separately from any recommendations concerning the feed or storage building.
