Your WTG project

Your first WTG project: from questions to a clear plan

Begin with the information you have and work toward a defined vegetation-treatment proposal that fits your property and priorities.

By Wildfire Treatment Group.

You can begin with a question

You do not need to know the product quantity or draw a final treatment boundary before contacting WTG. Start with the property and what you would like considered. A natural edge near the home, suitable vegetation around a shared area or another priority is enough to begin a conversation about the proposed service.

Share a useful first picture

Provide the address, property type, approximate treatment area and a way to reach you. Photos are optional but helpful, especially when they show the vegetation in relation to buildings and access. Explain if the area is an estimate. The intake form records your request; it does not display a binding customer price.

Connect the review to your wider property work

Tell WTG about irrigation, animals, water features, maintenance and planned construction. Share recommendations from other property professionals where relevant. These details help define suitable application areas and exclusions before a quote is treated as a complete plan.

Review a proposal you understand

Look for identifiable locations, preparation responsibilities, product information and price. Ask questions about anything unclear and confirm changes in the written scope. Scheduling and other service arrangements should be expressly agreed. There is no advantage to approving a proposal whose boundaries or responsibilities are still uncertain.

Keep the plan useful after the visit

Retain completion information with the property’s maintenance records and share relevant instructions with the people caring for the grounds. Report substantial changes to treated areas and ask about follow-up when needed. Planned pretreatment is one part of preparedness, alongside home improvements, vegetation care and following official emergency guidance.
