Check whether the questions match
One review may address a building, another surrounding vegetation and another community conditions. Identify the scope of each before comparing conclusions. Note the visit date, areas inspected and information unavailable to each assessor. A report based on older photographs may describe a different landscape.
Ask a focused follow-up
Choose the specific finding that appears inconsistent and send it to the relevant assessors. Ask what assumptions or observations produced the difference. Avoid asking a contractor to simply pick the answer that makes the proposed project cheaper. Keep clarification in writing with both original reports.
Pause the affected decision
You can organize unrelated maintenance while an important scope question is being resolved. For a WTG proposal, identify the disputed area and ask whether it should remain pending. The final application plan should use an agreed description of current conditions. Do not erase the original reports; retain the reasoning that led to the chosen work.
