Identify every crossing
A rural approach may include bridges or culverts that are not obvious from an address or aerial image. Tell WTG where they are and whether current restrictions exist. Provide available owner or engineering information without attempting to certify capacity yourself.
Ask the right parties
The suitability of a crossing for equipment requires the relevant qualified assessment and the actual vehicle information. A previous delivery crossing successfully is not enough to settle a different visit. Ask the provider and property representative to resolve this before committing to the route.
Keep alternatives explicit
If access is limited, discuss whether another approved approach exists or whether the project needs a different plan. Do not direct vehicles across neighboring land without permission. WTG’s vegetation quote is not a bridge inspection. Record any agreed restrictions and tell the provider if repairs, weather or site changes affect the crossing before arrival.
