Coordinated Treatment, Separate Owners: Organizing Quotes

Keep each owner’s scope and approval clear when neighboring projects are coordinated.

Separate coordination from authorization

One neighbor can help collect interest without having authority to approve everyone’s work. Identify each property owner or authorized representative and the areas each wants reviewed. Ask the provider how separate proposals, approvals and payment responsibilities will be handled.

Explain the shared logistics

Discuss whether arrivals, equipment access or preparation can be coordinated. Give each property a clear identifier and avoid circulating security details in a neighborhood message. Scheduling together does not establish equal suitability, equal pricing or a guaranteed group discount.

Keep records property-specific

For WTG, ask that the approved boundaries and completion details remain attributable to the correct property. A shared project summary should not suggest that a nonparticipating parcel was treated. If one owner changes or withdraws a scope, ask whether that affects the wider arrangement before making commitments on another owner’s behalf.
